The Sacro Wedgy® is a device that isolates and elevates the sacrum (your tail-bone) and uses gravity to help relax, align and re-balance from the hips out. The muscle called the piriformis originates with the wide end of this triangular shaped muscle attached to the front of the sacrum and the narrow end attached to the hip.
